We are delighted to welcome new Moodle members to our team! Each brings a wealth of Moodle and customer service experience, our new starters are our Support Technician: Andy Perkins, Consultant: Richard Hall, Systems Administrator: Kirsty Mangin, and Sales and Accounts Administrator: Marianne Hill.
Andy joins our established support team, ensuring that our clients continue to receive a first class support service, with a fast response time and highly knowledgeable background in Moodle. Andy has been using Moodle for 5 years, previously working in the Defence education sector using large-scale Moodle sites.
Richard, our new consultant, has experience working in both the IT industry and in education. Having started life as a programmer, Richard has also managed IT projects in the financial sector before moving into education where he developed Moodle courses to aid teaching, learning and assessment. Richard’s focus will be training and solutions consultancy.
Kirsty, HowToMoodle’s Systems Administrator, brings with her experience with large scale Moodle sites in the FE sector. Kirsty looks after the infrastructure and application support for our own hosting service and helps clients with their technical support queries.
Marianne’s role spans across the Sales and Accounts team, helping clients with enquiries and managing the logistics of onsite events. Marianne also applies her experience as a part-qualified accountant in customer service businesses to keep the HowToMoodle accounts running smoothly.
